Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Lim completed his secondary education at St. John’s Institution before obtaining a Degree in Estate Management from the University of Malaya. He has built a strong foundation in the real estate industry, supported by both academic training and broad exposure to the property market.

Lim brings a well-rounded perspective across various aspects of real estate, including advisory, transactions, and market analysis. He has approximately 20 years of professional experience, including experience working with the Securities Commission Malaysia, which provides him with valuable insight into regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

He is known for his structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to provide practical, value-driven insights to clients across different types of property assets.
