The master plan was designed around five interconnected parcels, with one parcel dedicated as an open public space for the community. Connecting the entire development is a 500m pedestrian spine, envisioned as the heartbeat of KL City Gateway. Each of the remaining four parcels serves a distinct function within the broader master plan, collectively forming an integrated mixed-use ecosystem.
The first residential offering in KL City Gateway is 46-storey Sutera Suites, offering fully furnished Business Suites and Residential Suites ranging from 425 to 835 sq. ft. The features of the project include hotel-inspired lobby, three dedicated lifestyle floors for wellness, recreation, productivity and social interaction, and an exclusive Sky Lounge. Complementing the development is a collaboration with Maple Hospitality Group, a professional hospitality and property management group.
KL City Gateway enjoys direct connectivity to AKLEH and benefits from seamless access to major routes including DUKE, MEX, the SMART Tunnel, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Sultan Ismail.
