Rohan Padmanathan
Rohan Padmanathan heads the Agency Department at Jones Lang Wootton. He possesses almost 38 years’ working experience in real estate professional services and agency work.
Rohan commenced employment in Jones Lang Wootton London in October 1986. His work in London included valuations for institutions, portfolio management for a pension fund and rent review services for various clients.
He joined Jones Lang Wootton Malaysia in June 1990 where his primary involvement was in sales and purchase of investment properties and development land, leasing of office buildings and providing real estate advice to various local and international clients. By virtue of his experience in all aspects of the real estate business, Rohan is well equipped to satisfy the needs of vendors by seeking credible and capable purchasers. His forte lies in negotiating the most favourable terms for his clients and ensuring that the sales process is well managed until completion.
