Sakiinah Abdul Hadi
Sakiinah has over 15 years of professional experience and currently serves as Senior Vice President for the Valuation & Advisory Department.
Her valuation expertise transcends diverse property sectors and markets, encompassing corporate offices, shopping malls, hospitality assets, educational institutions, and oil palm plantations, among others.
Sakiinah assumes a pivotal role in leading and orchestrating portfolio valuations to meet various purposes including the submissions to the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
She has also been directly involved in providing valuation and advisory services for compulsory land acquisitions (including preparation of rebuttal reports) alongside addressing various land-related matters across numerous purposes.
