Khairunnisa joined Jones Lang Wootton in 2014 and has been working under the Valuation and Advisory Department. She was promoted to Vice President in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she was with another property consultancy firm where she gained her experience in managing residential and office buildings.

She has extensive working experience which includes valuation for of office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, educational institutions and industrial complexes (including maintenance-repair-overhaul facilities). She has been involved in portfolio valuations for various corporate purposes including the submissions to the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
