Azlina Abdul Rahman is one of key authors for the Research department publication, The Malaysian Quarterly Property Market Report. She is also responsible for the Monthly Monitor Service provided by the department covering the various sectors of the property market.
She has been actively involved in property market related consultancy reports for both local and foreign clients, covering all market sectors in various parts of the country.
She has over 25 years of experience in the real estate property market and possesses a wide range of expertise which includes: undertaking property market analysis and forecasting, feasibility studies, development appraisals, undertaking cash flow analysis, and market surveys. She has also undertaken due diligence projects to assess project marketability and financial viability on behalf of investors.
Azlina has completed many major mixed development projects and master planning assignments. These include the preparation of the development masterplans for Putrajaya Administrative Capital City, Puteri Harbour (Iskandar Malaysia), Bukit Bintang City Centre and the developments of Senai Airport City, Casa Del Rio Melaka, Hard Rock Hotel Penang, City of Elmina and Broga Estate (Mutiara Hills) in Semenyih.
She has also assisted clients involved in the education and tourism sectors, as well as, market research for exhibition and convention centres.
