Mohd Zaidan Ahmad
Zaidan joined Jones Lang Wootton’s Research and Consultancy Department in 2007 and has extensive experience in the field of property market research and consultancy involving numerous real estate development projects. This covers all market segments in several states of Malaysia. His specialty lies in carrying out feasibility and highest and best use studies on behalf of clients.
He is also involved in the production of The Malaysian Quarterly Property Market Report focusing mainly on the office and industrial sectors in the Klang Valley, Penang and Iskandar Malaysia.
Projects where he has been heavily involved include: the iconic Merdeka 118, redevelopment of Atria Shopping Centre, UMW High Value Manufacturing Park, Penang Sentral, Bukit Bintang City Centre, as well as, various residential, commercial and industrial developments (including townships) throughout Malaysia. He was also involved in several portfolio reviews owned by institutional investors.
