Kelly Cheah Shwu Shyuan has over 24 years working experience in real estate professional services.

Joining Jones Lang Wootton in 2003, Kelly started her career as a valuer conducting residential and commercial valuations, gaining experience in undertaking valuations for various types of property including office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, industrial premises, integrated and various types of development either for financial institutions, corporate clients, listing to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange or for corporate restructuring.

She has gained vast experience in Market Consultancy through her contribution to The Malaysian Quarterly Property Market Report (Johor Region).

Currently, she is based in the Johor Bahru office.
