Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Property Management
department you will manage all aspects of the
property management delivery requirement for our
clients.
- Degree or professional qualification in property
/ facility management.
- Minimum 5-7 year working experience in managing
commercial buildings.
- Build and maintain close working relationship
with clients
- Familiar with all aspects of building management
including tenancy administration, maintenance,
security, cleaning and car park operation.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

- Graduate from a reputable University (Executives).
- STPM or Diploma (Assistants).
- Excellent in English and possess good communication
skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Possess own transport.
- Working experience is not essential

REAL ESTATE AGENT |
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Research department
you will obtain and expand research databases
and prepare research and feasibility study reports
as appropriate.
- Degree in Estate Management / Economics or
Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of market research experience.
- Attentive to details, information collection
and provide clear reporting.
- Team player, meticulous, resourceful and
strong analytical skills.
- Good writing and analytical skill and must
have an excellent command of English.
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Power
Point.

- Degree or Diploma in either Real Estate and
Finance or Marketing.

- Ensure all data are captured in a proper
coding, timely and efficient manner.
- Monitoring the movement of funds and bank
reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cash
flow statement.
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power
Point.

DRAUGHTS PERSON |
- Diploma in PSC or DES.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience.
- Pleasing personality. Excellent command of
spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Accurate typing skills with the ability to
write shorthand dictation.
- Good time management, organisation and co-ordination
skills, independent and pro-active.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft
office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).

- Diploma / Certificate in Draughting Discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and
Visio.
