ANALYST, RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY

  • Diploma / Degree in either real estate, economics, finance, statistics  or other relevant discipline.
  • Working experience preferred but not essential – new graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent written and communication (English language) / some presentation skills.
  • Strong numeric and analytic skills with a focus on detail, and familiar with MS Office packages.
  • Good database organisation and management.
  • Team player who is willing to learn and develop their career.
  • Self-starter with innovative style who has lots of ideas and wants to work on an interesting range of assignments.
  • Enjoys a challenge in a stimulating team environment.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Periodic driving to and stay for 3 to 4 days in Penang.

BUILDING MANAGER

  • A degree qualification in engineering, property or facilities management.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in building / facilities management.
  • Ability to manage suppliers, control and monitor operating budgets.
  • High level client relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

HT / LV CHARGEMAN

  • Certificate of competency (BO/AO/A4) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Experience in Management of commercial /retail buildings
  • Supervision of Maintenance Staff and Service Contractors
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical installations.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR

  • Diploma in Building/Real Estate/Property Management.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial buildings/condominiums.
  • Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity will be considered.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

  • Certificate in plumbing/carpentry/electrical.
  • Experience in maintenance works at commercial buildings including plumbing, HVAC and BAS / BMS system.
  • Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 2 years related experience are also encouraged to apply.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICERS

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Physically fit.  Ideally above 35 years old with minimum 5 years working experience.
  • Able to speak and write fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiar with security and fire safety systems for commercial buildings.
  • Ex-service personnel from Army/Police/Fire Brigade are encouraged to apply.
  • Prepared to work on shifts.
  • Experience in supervision of security personnel (local / foreigner).

MANAGEMENT CLERK

  • Minimum SPM qualifications.
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of accounts would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Emails.

HELPDESK ADMINISTRATORS / CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATORS

  • Degree/Diploma in any Business discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Emails.
  • Experience in Client Relation Management (CRM) system will be preferred.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

  • Minimum Degree in Finance /Accounting.
  • At least 3 years working experience and able to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Knowledge of accounting system operations would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Emails.
