REAL ESTATE ANALYST, RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY

The position is based within the Research & Consultancy Department. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual, team player, original thinker with enthusiasm and excellent communication skills and will participate in all of the department’s service range – from the collection of data, data and market analysis, production of reports / publications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree with an emphasis on analytic and econometric such as Computer Science, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, Data Science and Statistics
  • Excellent written and communication (English language) / some presentation skills
  • Strong numeric and analytic skills with a focus on detail
  • Equipped with IT skills for database management
  • Fluency and ability to work fast with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, example Tableau
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license

Responsibilities

  • To collect data, manage / maintain and expand the existing research database
  • To process, analyse and model data from various sources
  • Undertake market surveys and analyse big data findings
  • To assess real estate markets
  • Develop insightful metrics, dashboards and reports

BUILDING MANAGER

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification in engineering, property or facilities management.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in building / facilities management.
  • Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers will be an added advantage.
  • Efficient in resources management, procurement and vendor management.
  • Prepare and review operating financial summary and operating budget.
  • High level client relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

HT / LV CHARGEMAN

Requirements:

  • Certificate of competency (B4/B0/A4/A0) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Technical experience in management of commercial /retail / mixed buildings for M&E installations.
  • Provide review and assessment for procurement of technical services.
  • Supervision of maintenance staff and service vendors.
  • Attend to building emergencies and prompt incident reporting.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR / EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building/Real Estate/Property Management.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial buildings/condominiums.
  • Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity will be considered.
  • Experience in resources management, procurement and vendor management.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

Requirements:

  • Certificate in plumbing/carpentry/electrical.
  • Experience in maintenance works at commercial buildings including plumbing, HVAC and BAS / BMS system.
  • Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 3 years related experience are also be considered.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Physically fit.  Ideally above 35 years old with minimum 5 years working experience.
  • Able to speak and write fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiar with security and fire safety system requirements for commercial buildings.
  • Ex-service personnel from Army/Police/Fire Brigade are encouraged to apply.
  • Prepared to work on shifts.
  • Experience in supervision of security personnel (local / foreigner).

MANAGEMENT CLERK

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualifications.
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of accounts and finance would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

HELPDESK ADMINISTRATORS / CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATORS

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in any Business discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Client Relation Management (CRM) system will be preferred.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Finance /Accounting.
  • At least 3 years working experience and able to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Hands on knowledge of accounting system would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
