Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) has unveiled five projects including the maiden launches of Eco Horizon in Batu Kawan, Penang; Eco Forest in Semenyih; and Eco Business Park V in Puncak Alam. Meanwhile, the other two launches are the new phases in its existing townships: Dremien at Eco Ardence in Setia Alam and Whitten at Eco Majestic in Semenyih. Ebonylane, the inaugural precinct of Eco Forest, has 685 units of 2-storey terraced homes in two designs, Artisan homes and Garden homes. Phase one will comprise 300 homes, with prices starting from RM600,000 (Artisan homes) and RM700,000 (Garden homes).

Eco Majestic City’s commercial development, Whitten, offers 67, 2 storey strata shopoffices which have a 24 ft. wide frontage and a selling price starting from RM1.97 million. Whitten will comprise two phases in total with 117 units. The developer also unveiled its first business park development, Eco Business Park V (EBP V). This 518 acre leasehold development is a joint venture with the Employees Provident Fund Board. EBP V with 72 cluster factories and 28 semi-detached factories. The selling prices of the cluster factories and semi-detached factories start from RM1.88 million and RM3.33 million respectively.

Dremien at Eco Ardence in Setia Alam comprises 259 units of garden homes, semi-detached houses and bungalows with a GDV of RM290 million. Prices for the garden homes start from RM1.4 million and the semi-detached houses and bungalows start from RM1.6 million and RM2.4 million respectively. EcoWorld also launched the first phase of landed homes in the Eco Horizon township in Batu Kawan, Penang. Eco Horizon is a 300 acre township development of which some 230 acres will house over 2,000 landed homes while 70 acres will be used for a commercial component. With a GDV of RM7 billion, Eco Horizon will be developed over a period of 10 years and phase one comprises a total of 704 units of 2 storey terraced homes with the selling price starting from RM800,000.
